Total economic responsibility for new construction, recompression and modernization projects for the own stock and for privatization in core cities of southern Germany Decision-makers of project objectives, framework conditions and product definition of the projects responsible Integrated management of commercial, legal and technical interfaces for the successful implementation of the overall strategy Creation, evaluation and development of economic calculations and business plans as a basis for investment decisions Close cooperation with internal departments for planning, coordination and implementation of business plans Creation of recommendations for action as a basis for decision-making for steering circles Perception of the ownership function and control and further development of an associated housing portfolio in the sense of the corporate and sustainability strategy Identification and raising of value-added and return potentials at object and project level Takeover of special topics and project tasks as well as continuous stimulus for optimization Central contact for value-relevant questions about individual properties

Multiannual relevant professional experience in property and project-related asset management – ideally in housing Project experience in the strategic, commercial implementation of new construction, recompression and modernization projects Very good knowledge of the creation, analysis and assessment of economic calculations and business plans Complete study, ideally with a focus on real estate, or comparable qualification Good knowledge of the housing market in southern Germany Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and strong entrepreneurial thinking High commitment, sense of responsibility and joy in actively promoting issues Communication strength and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary cooperation Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills Very good German knowledge
