In large hardware and service framework contracts, the experts accompany public-sector customers with detailed and individual advice from the design of the infrastructure, the implementation of the hardware, the professionally built, long-term support and the media education and technical training of users. In our Technical ServiceCenter you are the heart of customer satisfaction. You are not only the first voice that our customers hear, but the responsible entity that controls a process from the first message to the successful conclusion (end-to-end). You sleep the bridge between technical qualification, commercial processing and complex exchange logistics (RMA). Service Coordinator (m/w/d) Location: Mainz | Position: Full time, unlimited

Ticket Management & Qualification: You accept customer reports, evaluate technical urgency and transform them into structured service cases. Commercial control: You start from qualified messages “Service Calls” – our commercial clamp for all further steps. You keep your service calls in mind at any time. Logistics & RMA Control: You coordinate the entire flow of goods of a defect device. This includes the control between customers, repair centers, distribution and manufacturers. Interface function: You are the central communication hub between the customer, our technology and the external service partners. Process responsibility: You make sure that no case remains and the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are complied with.

Education: Successfully completed training for IT system businessman / IT system businesswoman or comparable commercial training with high IT affinity. System experience: Safe handling of service management tools (ticketing) and/or ERP systems. You understand the digitally clean image of complex processes. Logistics confession: Ideally, you have already gained experience in RMA processing or in hardware lifecycle management. Working: You work extremely structured, keep an overview even with high levels of upcoming and have the right to proactively conclude any case. Communication: you are service-oriented, resilient and communicate safely with our customers and partners.
