Team Lead (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Expert Support Center

Location: Munich

As a Team Lead (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are part of our Expert Support Center and have a professional team that solves complex vehicle problems over-the-air and across Europe. Your experience in team management and your organizational staff will take care of the following tasks: Professional leadership of a team from remote assistance experts Continuous monitoring of SLAs, KPIs and quality standards, and appropriate measures definition and implementation Responsibility for shift planning and staffing including representation planning Identification of training needs and implementation of effective learning measures Active Role in Feelgood Management Close cooperation with project management and other specialist areas for smooth day management

Complete studies in commercial or technical fields with automotive focus, or comparable qualification Experience in the professional coordination of employees Excellent car knowledge and ideally experience in support centers Know-how in workforce management (shift planning, forecasting) and performance control (SLAs, KPIs, quality standards) Outstanding competencies in coaching, conflict resolution and communication High service and quality orientation as well as structured, hands-on operation Language knowledge: English or French Loadability, empathy and team spirit
