Project and Department Manager Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the planning, supervision and coordination of ongoing and upcoming construction and renovation projects. You are responsible for dates, costs and quality. You take over the development and coordination of extension concepts and investment measures. You are preparing for aided construction and investment measures. You dispose of their own and foreign capacities to define realistic execution periods. You own the building template permission. You contribute to area management and location development and planning. You take over digital documentation and plan management Technical and disciplinary management of the Projects Construction and Technology department

You have a successfully completed university degree (uni/FH) as an architect/construction engineer (m/w/d) and extensive professional experience in accompaniment and implementation of larger construction and rehabilitation projects, preferably in health care. You can provide knowledge and safe handling of VOB, VOL and structural regulations such as fire protection, safety and accident prevention regulations. The building permit must be available to sign construction applications or other official documents submitted to authorities. A safe handling of MS Office applications as well as experience with CAD software, preferably Nemetschek, you are characterized. You have the licence class B and the willingness to operate at both facilities. A high level of enforcement, resilience, high commitment, organisational and negotiation skills, team skills and analytical skills complete your profile.
