As a project manager, you are responsible for advancing the successful implementation of projects and ensuring that they are implemented in a timely, budget-compliant and qualitatively high quality. What you are moving with us: Planning, control and monitoring of projects in financial and accounting from initiation to completion. Development of project plans, including timetables, resource planning and budgeting. Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from process and IT product organization as well as involved specialist areas and business units. Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring compliance with budget, time and quality requirements. Create regular status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Identification and assessment of risks and development of risk mitigation solutions. Supporting our S/4HANA transformation program ReBe 4.0 to digitize the financial function and adjacent administrative areas. Support in the continuous improvement of methods, processes and tools in project management.

What convinces us: Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics or a comparable course of study. Multiannual professional experience in project management (classical as well as agile), ideally in the context of financial and accounting. Communication strength and sovereign appearance in dealing with different stakeholders. Strongly pronounced customer- and solution-oriented thinking as well as oriented working methods. Safe handling of project management tools and MS Office applications. Experiences with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems are advantageous. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
