Project Manager TGA Focus on HLSK (m/f/d)

In your role, you take over the independent management of exciting projects in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation – from the first idea to the final implementation. You coordinate teams, ensure quality and are an important contact for our customers. In detail, this means: You conduct HLS projects independently over all phases of the HOAI. You are direct contact for our customers and the exporting companies. You coordinate and tax internal and external project participants. You are responsible for quality assurance and pay attention to compliance with dates and costs. You actively participate in the acquisition of new projects and develop long-term customer relationships strategically. You coordinate and integrier the specialist planning in the entire processes.

You have completed engineering studies in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology or building technology or a technical training plus qualification to the technician or master. You bring at least five years of professional experience in the HLS project management. You have a well-founded knowledge of HOAI and VOB and you are sure to use it in practice. You can certainly master the German language in word and writing. You're acting confidently, communicating clearly and convincingly – both in the team and with customers and project partners.
