Development, Responsibility and Continuous Development of Salesforce General Architecture taking into account best practices and optimal use of Salesforce Standards Advising departments and management in the digitization of sales, service and marketing processes as well as in the integration of Salesforce into existing system landscapes (e.g. ERP, Office products, Middleware) Conception and implementation of complex solutions with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Data 360 Definition of data, security and integration architectures as well as ensuring the quality, performance, scalability and durability of the solutions Coaching of developers and consultants as well as close cooperation with internal stakeholders (project managers, consultants, developers) and experts on the customer side Support for Presales activities, cost estimates and solution designs

detectable experience in the field of salesforce architecture, solution engineering or in a comparable role very good knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds, in particular Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Data 360 well-founded knowledge in integration architectures (REST/SOAP, APIs, Middleware) and experience with agile project methods Ability to understand complex technical concepts for management and departments very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
