Your tasks:

• Target group: Your work focuses on chronically impaired, dependency-disordered people
• Support: You accompany users within a day-structuring offer
• Daily competencies: You support the acquisition and maintenance of life-structural skills
• Social space orientation: You bring knowledge of the social space Verl and Schloss Holte into your work

What you should bring:

• Experience: You have experience in supporting people with dependency diseases ideally you have completed a 1- to 2-year training, e.g. as a social assistant (m/w/d)
• Craft skills: craftsmanship or appropriate skills are desirable
• Creativity: You bring creative ideas for the daily design of users
• Mobility: You have a class B licence
