Within our IT, you are the first respondent (m/w/d) in hardware and software solutions; In this context, you will ask questions, pressures, and problems in a modest ticket system, or you will address them to ITIL (Technology Infrastructure Library). You process service enquiries independently or in the team and provide them with the requirements. In the context of on-site support, you will be eligible for instal­lation, con­fi­cation, roll-out and in­formation of hardware and software on site. You are the first IT partner (m/w/d) for new colleagues in our company. In addition, you support the introduction of new topics in the field of service provision and are active here.

A successfully completed training with a focus on infor­mation is the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you can convince us with the first experience in the field of IT services or in a similar environment. Customer and service orientation as well as organizational skills are your strengths. You have very good German and commercial skills and are characterised by a systemic, solution-oriented approach.
