You are responsible for the monthly billing – from data management to the final billing run in SAP HCM You will start evaluations and reports and keep all relevant key figures in mind You actively contribute to payroll projects and help optimize processes You are an expert on wage tax and social insurance issues You are in exchange with health insurance companies, authorities and external partners You'll handle certificates and reports You will cover topics such as caravans or suspensions You are involved in monthly and annual work, e.g. in the formation of staff provisions You are contact person:in for employees and managers on all questions about Payroll

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist:r Multiannual experience in pay billing Good knowledge of tax and social security law Ideal experience with SAP HCM Experience in the creation of evaluations and reports and ideally in the formation of provisions Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, independent working and pronounced team spirit
