The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Harksheide is a differentiated aid for children and youth aid. 67 educationally active employees promote and maintain approx. 70 children and adolescents living in children's villages, housing groups and in the family. The specialist service, the day group, the internal children's and youth meeting, the educational offer ''Ross & Racker'' and the family center completes our portfolio. The village mastery supports the entire children's village in the handcrafted all-round careless package.
