Their responsibility for laboratory analyses: conducting and carrying out comprehensive diagnostic laboratory tests, including the analysis of blood, urine and tissue samples to enable accurate diagnosis. Quality management: ensuring the highest quality standards in laboratory work by implementing and monitoring quality control measures and continuous process optimization. Diagnosis and interpretation: expert interpretation of laboratory results and provision of precise diagnosis and recommendations for treating doctors and their advice. Team coordination: cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of specialists, natural scientists, technical staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Continuing training: Regular participation in further education and training to always apply current knowledge and techniques in laboratory medicine. Your profile Specialist in Laboratory Medicine: Completed specialist training in Laboratory Medicine with extensive experience in carrying out and interpreting laboratory tests. Analytical skills: Excellent ability to accurately analyze and interpret laboratory results as well as experience in handling modern laboratory instruments and technologies. Teamability: Ability to work effectively in the team and to coordinate laboratory work with other healthcare professionals.
