Senior HR Manager Labor Law & Relations (m/f/d)

Within the strategic group function Human Resources, you will be the central expert for Labor Law & Relations in the direct line of the SVP Group Human Resources and will act independently and agilely at group level.

As part of our global HR organization, you advise HR teams and executives worldwide on all questions of individual and collective labour and collective labour law.

You work with our works council bodies in a trustworthy and eye-to-face manner, prepare and design complex co-determination attitudes, and negotiate challenging operating arrangements (e.g. introduction of IT applications, structural change measures, future work).

National and international employment contracts as well as group-wide HR policies are auditing and dismantling you independently (e.g. Car, Travel, Insurance, Benefits, occupational retirement, multinational employment).

As a labour law expert:involve yourself into interdisciplinary national and international projects and accompany them professionally (e.g. M&A, company foundations, restructuring).

You work with external lawyers: both inside and outside the company and represent the interests of the company in labour law disputes.

Relevant developments in labour law keep you in mind, guide concrete recommendations for action, design and carry out training.

As a HR-side: central contact: you work closely with legal, data protection and compliance as well as tax and treasury.

Study of law or economic law with focus on labour law / human resources management Multiannual professional experience in a company's HR, a law firm or a consultancy company, ideally in an international environment Impressed communication skills as well as a high level of consulting and negotiation competence and a secure occurrence towards different internal and external stakeholders Structured and analytical thinking and working methods Negotiating English Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible way for different target groups and to prepare clear, convincing messages in a manner that is addressable Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action, a pronounced will for design and a pragmatic orientation for implementation Interest and affinity for IT-related issues, in particular at the interface of labour law, co-determination and digital applications Will and passion to shape the working worlds of tomorrow together in the HR team
