Over position As a seller I (m/w/d), you are a central contact for our customers and represent our company with your expertise. Their main task is comprehensive and customer-oriented consulting on our telecommunications products and services, in particular in the areas of mobile, fixed and broadband. With your strong communication strength, you conduct convincing sales talks and successfully complete them thanks to your final strength. A high customer orientation is crucial to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Your product knowledge as well as your experience in dealing with cash register systems and CRM systems contribute significantly to sales success and excellent customer experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent customer advice and support
• Proofable final strength in sales talks
• Embossed customer orientation
• Found product knowledge in the field of telecommunications (mobile radio, fixed network & broadband)
• Strong communication capability
• Experience in handling cash systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with special CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Knowledge of Smart Home or IoT Solutions
• Additional foreign language skills are advantageous
