(Senior) Project Manager Custom Software Projects (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you will accompany the entire project cycle – from the first idea to the successful conclusion – and ensure that planning, implementation and results are perfectly interlocking. As a professional lead of the project team, you always keep an overview, recognize challenges at an early stage and actively control them to safely target projects ''Time, Quality & Budget'' you always have a look at and make sure our high standards are complied with With structured project plans, transparent reporting and sound analyses, you create internal and external clarity As a Sparring Partner of the Sales, you will be introducing your project experience in the acquisition and tender phase or even in tenders, thereby laying the foundation for successful customer projects You can use your method skills in all phases of the project – whether in planning, controlling, controlling or reporting

Successfully completed studies in (economic)informatics, economic engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification with a strong IT background Multiannual project management expertise in the IT environment, ideally in individual software development Funded project management competence with safe handling in contract management, regular coordination with stakeholders at different levels of control and targeted communication of project key information in internal and external bodies Certified project management competence (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI / PMP, IPMA) and ideally experience with agile frameworks – such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe Agilist Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge
