You analyze and evaluate the new and further development of TV solutions together with your employees, while always keeping the national and international market environment in mind. You actively shape the TV hardware product roadmap, are responsible for project planning and budgeting and control the entire development process across the range to market launch - for your own and the projects of your entire team. You continuously develop measures to increase the customer experience as well as the product NPS and CSAT as part of the product lifecycle management. You are guided as a professional:r and disciplinary:r Head:in your team and create a working environment that motivates to top performance. You support and develop your employees:in cooperation with your supervisor and HR, you support users:inside as well as the corporate goals. You regularly represent the department in different internal bodies and with partners: in order to coordinate and implement process changes. You actively support the maintenance and further development of the handling tools used by filling and service units.

What distinguishes you: Very good technical or comparable degree, combined with several years of professional and first leadership experience in the Telco/TV industry. Excellent product and project management expertise as well as communication and presentation strength. Embossed experience in leading national and international hardware development projects. Excellent knowledge of the national and ideally also international TV market. Embossed communication capability, also at top management level. Fun on team and project work.
