Internship in Training & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Look forward to a varied internship in the People and Culture area with the focus on training, employer branding and HR project work. For a period of 3 to 6 months, you will strengthen our team, work on exciting projects and gain a wide range of insights into modern staff work.

You support making Dr. Oetker visible at career fairs and other events as an attractive employer. You work on projects related to training marketing and the further development of our “Young Talents” area. You plan and accompany events for trainees and students. You organize employee incentives and support the planning and implementation of different events at the site. You accompany the preparation and implementation of our global employee survey at Wittlich site. You create presentations, employee information and other communication materials. You participate in internal communication and employer branding measures. In addition, you support our team in day-to-day business and gain insights into the diverse topics and processes in the area of People and Culture.

You are in a study of economics, economics, psychology or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the area of People & Culture, Employer Branding or Human Resources Management. You work independently, structured and reliable and bring creativity and self-initiative to the realization of new ideas. Team spirit and an appreciation of each other are important to you. You are sure to deal with the current MS Office applications and have very good German and English skills.
