Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You take over the management and strategic development of our area of calculation Turnkey construction as part of an age-related succession You control costing and offering processes and ensure sound cost, appointment and risk calculations. You develop economic calculation strategies and evaluate technical solutions and special suggestions You support the management in price decisions and negotiations and advise our customers on calculatory and economic issues together with the sales department. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams with challenging turnkey offers and secure the structured transfer to order and work costing You lead and develop your team and strengthen cooperation with sales, purchasing, planning and project management. You optimise calculation methods, key figures and processes and drive the digitalization and use of AI to improve efficiency and prediction quality

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in high- or turnkey construction You bring well-founded experience in costing and offering processing in turnkey construction as well as a strong understanding of technical and economic relationships with You understand costing as an important part of a successful acquisition strategy and can convincingly convey technical and economic advantages You are a high level of communication leadership that brings people and different disciplines together and motivates, promotes and develops employees Entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsibility and keenness to make decisions are yours. You are targeted and responsible and always have the economic objectives of the company in mind You have negotiating skills and enforcing skills and are happy to take responsibility, actively shape and advance the further development of our area with your team You are interested in new technologies and actively follow developments in BIM, data analysis, automation and artificial intelligence You want to design the calculation not only for today's projects, but also to develop the calculation organization actively for tomorrow's construction industry
