You want to advance SAP HCM professionally and really move something? Then come to us as SAP HCM IT Consultant (m/w/d) in an indefinite permanent position, flexible in part-time (from 32 hours) or full-time (40 hours).

You are responsible for the stable operation of our SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on pay billing and personnel administration (compliant with the law and tariff). You take customizing, error analysis and technical developments including ABAP analysis (e.g. BAdIs and billing-specific functions). You advise disciplines and stakeholders at eye level on technical issues and translate requirements into clean, sustainable system solutions. You work closely with internal teams and implement new requirements as well as optimizations structured and targeted. You actively develop our HR IT landscape and ensure stable, efficient and sustainable payroll processes, with new technologies and AI-based approaches. In Group-wide projects, you take (partial) project responsibility and strategically introduce your expertise.

Must have Multiannual practical experience as SAP HCM Consultant (focus PY/PA) with a deep understanding of the German pay bill. Very good customizing skills in the SAP default accounting including schemes, computation rules and reporting procedures, as well as sound knowledge about booking documents, account clarification and FI connection. Experience in the collaboration or management of SAP HCM projects, structured, independent and with clear solution focus. Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and secure English knowledge (min. B2) as well as an open, team-oriented and learning attitude towards new technologies.

Nice to Have Experience with international payroll setups (e.g. Poland) and SAP SuccessFactors and integration scenarios. Technical know-how in ABAP error analysis (debugging), ideally complemented by experience with SAP-HR forms (e.g. Smart Forms), H4S4 or comparable system landscapes. .
