Engineer in Supply Engineering / Technical Building Services (m/f/d)

As a project team member, you work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with various disciplines such as civil engineering, electrical engineering and civil engineering in various projects with You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies When selecting and contracting freelancers and exporting companies, you will bring your know-how in a targeted manner and ensure smooth cooperation You provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI When planning, awarding, controlling and billing construction services, you will work with You work constructively with project managers and other participants in large construction projects or maintenance measures.

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building Technology/Technical Building Equipment or comparable or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician (w/m/d) or Completion as a master (w/m/d) in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and subsequently an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: Ideally, you already have professional experience in the provision of HOAI services in all phases of performance in technically challenging projects with You have knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) as well as corresponding real estate and business implementation Cost awareness and holistic and conceptual thinking complete your profile You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
