As a road construction agency, we are responsible for the complete value chain of road construction and take care of mobility strategies, planning, construction, road operation and traffic management. The planning and construction department deals with the planning, construction and maintenance of federal and state roads as well as cycle paths. From the demand determination of a new road to surveying, preliminary draft, approval and execution planning to construction and conservation. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the new construction and maintenance of numerous engineering structures, such as tunnels or bridges, as well as the coordination of national care, immission protection and drainage planning. Water management / Water management

You process projects of road planning for federal highways, national roads, circular roads as well as road accompanying cycle paths in all aspects of road drainage You take over and work independently on internal management consultancy tasks on issues of road drainage and water management issues, supported by your expertise and in close cooperation with various departments of Hessen Mobil You contribute to the creation of road-based emission and immission assessments (including WRRL) You create performance texts for the award of engineering services and take over the technical assistance of contracted engineering offices in the sense of quality assurance You agree with specialist authorities or municipalities In principle, you will be responsible for project management in the field of internal services, as well as in the field of external services if necessary

You have a completed university degree (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) of the Department of Civil Engineering Urban Water Management, Water Management or a comparable qualification You bring expertise in road and/or drainage planning with You are familiar with the guidelines and regulations of road and traffic planning and planning law You could already gain practical experience in the field of road and/or drainage planning You ideally have good user knowledge of the specialist software (VESTRA, CAD, GIS) as well as the MS-Office standard software You have very good oral and written expressability in German (comparable level C1) The activity is linked to missions and therefore the driving licence class B is required
