The range of hours is usually 20 hours a week - in the lecture-free period the willingness to be active up to 40 hours a week is very welcome!

Operational accounting with system focus (Sage 100) Examination, confirmation and booking of input invoices in the ERP system Sage 100 Creation and booking of initial invoices in close coordination with internal specialist departments Ensuring a proper, transparent and comprehensible accounting workflow Support in monitoring payment targets and open items Participation in dunning Process-oriented cooperation in accounting Analysis and documentation of existing accounting and accounting processes Identification of optimization potentials along the purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) process Support for the standardization and further development of booking logics in Sage 100 Participation in monthly accounts (e.g. accounts, provisions, delimitations)

Continuous study of Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on Accounting / Finance First practical experience in accounting or accounting Interest in ERP systems, ideally first contact points with Sage 100 Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel Structured, analytical and process-oriented thinking High numerical affinity and careful and reliable operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
