• Strategic development of the field of test equipment development to implement the test strategy for electronic assemblies and terminals in the field of measurement and communication technology in close coordination with global matrix managers.

• Leadership and organisational development of 7 executives and their teams (≅ 140 employees) as well as promotion of an open, inclusive and performance-oriented leadership culture.

• Operational overall responsibility to ensure efficient test equipment development and test infrastructure as well as control of resource, project and capacity planning.

• Cross-departmental cooperation in close coordination with development, production, quality and other interfaces for the successful implementation of development and NPI projects.

• Transformation and efficiency increase by introducing and developing lean methods as well as digital solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

• Performance control and stakeholder management as well as responsibility for quality, dates and budget, regular reporting to management as well as cooperation with HR, works council, controlling and other interfaces.

• Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable).

• Multiannual leadership experience in the engineering environment, ideally in the direction of larger technology projects in organizational units with several leadership levels.

• Understanding test and test concepts for electronic assemblies and systems as well as development and industrialization processes (NPI) are of advantage.

• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurship, combined with the ability to motivate employees and develop organizations.

• Impressed communication and integration in the international environment as well as very good knowledge of German and English (min. level B2) in word and writing. .
