Senior Operations Manager EV Charging Full-time/Part-time (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the end-to-end management of the operation and services for all EV Charging customers and design the strategic development as well as scaling of the operating and service architecture (including maintenance/testing, destruction, on-site services and back-office processes). You ensure a high, sustainable scalable customer satisfaction and are responsible for the further development of process, quality and governance standards in line with the growth of the EV Charging business. As a central interface between customer, product, partners and business, you translate product and contract logic into robust, customerable, cross-sector processes and ensure their economic and operational success. You take over the overriding responsibility for disruption, escalation and complaint management, establish a clear KPI-based control, develop the partner ecosystem further and guide critical customer concerns structured up to the sustainable solution. You play a key role in the design of offerings and contractual contents and evaluate service, monitoring, SLA and liability topics with regard to scalability, feasibility and long-term operational safety.
