• Professional troubleshooting and execution of small repairs
• Careful documentation and maintenance of fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Participation in emergency service to ensure operational readiness outside regular working hours

We wish you:

• Completed vocational training as an electronic (w/m/d) for energy and building technology or comparable qualification
• Alternative a completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (w/m/d) for heating, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation
• First experience in technical building management / facility management is desirable
