Planning and implementation of courses as part of a final qualification for the state-tested educators*in (presence and online). mediation of current technical content (e.g. educational concepts, inclusion, language, observation and documentation, cooperation with parents, etc.) Instruction of participants in transferring content to their professional practice (practice orders, internship visits, reflection talks) Preparation of teaching materials and use of digital media for a varied teaching Participation in the performance assessment (e.g. practical tasks, presentations, written elaborations) and the documentation of the learning progress Participation in team meetings, coordination with the project management and the project team and, if necessary, Cooperation in the conceptual development of the project Advice from interested parties

A completed university degree (Bachelor) in education, social education, social work, childhood education or a comparable educational course It is also desirable to have completed training as a state-recognized educator*in or multiannual professional experience in nursery schools or other social educational institutions. Pedagogical experience in adult education or in the guidance of professionals (e.g. practical instructions, specialist advice, further education) is advantageous Detection of pedagogical suitability for teaching/training e.g. via the Ada-Schein Didactical-methodic skills, pleasure in working with groups and interactive teaching-learning formats A strong communication capability, an esteeming attitude and a structured and independent way of working A safe handling of digital media and common office applications; Experience with learning platforms is desirable
