Building and further developing sustainable business relations with renowned, national and international companies – at the same time with senior management, management and top decision-makers: Active acquisition of new customers, strategic expansion of existing client relationships and acquisition of clearly defined sales and earnings responsibility Establishment and leadership of a business unit including disciplinary leadership, team development and full responsibility for profit and loss Strategic and operational responsibility for the B|P Executive Female Leaders Club® incl. Conception, planning, organisation and implementation Moderation of (online and presence) events as well as their content design and acquisition of relevant speakers Active development, maintenance and development of the B|P Executive Female Leaders Club® as a platform and high-quality network for excellent female executives Continuous development of the B|P Executive Female Leaders Club® along strategic growth targets Engaging the B|P Executive Female Leaders Club® with the Executive-Search Business for Sustainable Customer Recovery Full responsibility for demanding executive-search mandates – from positioning advice to search strategy to successful occupation Develop tailor-made search and address concepts that meet the specific cultural, strategic and personal requirements of your client.

Successfully completed university studies and multi-year, well-founded experience in personnel consulting or in Executive Search Embossed sales, final and negotiation strength combined with entrepreneurial thinking Detectional successes in the operational and strategic expansion of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers A resilient network to decision-makers in the B2B environment with a budget responsibility High personal integrity, sense of responsibility and the need to deliver excellent results Strong empathy, persuasiveness and communicative sovereignty to build sustainable, trusting relationships in combination with a representative appearance Structured, analytical working and pleasure in complex projects in multi-project management High self-motivation, readiness and genuine interest in people, leadership and organizations You have a high and fast understanding and have the right to learn and work independently.
