Telephone and written support of customers and debtors Initiation of appropriate measures under the pre-judicial withdrawal of claims Creation of residents' registrations and business office requests Complete settlement of the judicial dunning procedure (processing of dunnnial decisions, executing decisions, montions, etc.) Conduct extrajudicial and judicial correspondence with customers, debtors, lawyers, authorities and courts Introduction and monitoring of enforcement measures Compilation and processing of legal documents
Completed vocational training as a lawyer professional experience, ideally in the titulation of claims and forced enforcement and/or action processing Knowledge of modern office and communication media Strong service and customer orientation Very good communication and contact capability
