As Senior Partner Sales Manager:in (d/m/w), partner selection and recruitment is one of your key tasks In addition, you’ll be puggling and developing “deine” partners:inside and manage them profitably You support and support suitable Value Added Resellers for our new ERP Cloud solution by accompanying them to successfully operate in their market. In doing so, you independently bear the sales responsibility for your Value Added Reseller The focus is on the active support of our partner companies: you activate, engage and strengthen their value creation through targeted measures and close cooperation You develop and implement together with our partners:in roll-out strategies, activation campaigns and supportive sales material - you are helping them with advice and operational support to successfully implement strategies and achieve their sales goals You are responsible for a partner-centred workflow within our unit and continuously advances the further development of data-driven decisions and KPI-based planning in the team

You look back on several years of experience in the partner management of an ERP manufacturer, ERP VAR or ERP consulting provider You have “Start-up Spirit” and a Hands-on mentality with a high degree of self-initiative You are powerful, convincing with sovereign appearance and bringing a high communicative competence at all levels of negotiation. In addition, you understand the acquisition of new partners: well balanced the care of existing contacts Working with agile project teams is familiar to you, you think and focus on customers and enrich our team with your enthusiasm and passion in building our partner landscape Our partners are scattered throughout Germany. We therefore presuppose self-employed working and unrestricted readiness to travel You speak German (min. C1) and have good English skills (min. B2)
