First contact for employees in all billing-relevant questions Own implementation of the monthly pay bill including reporting and certification Close cooperation with the respective specialist departments, health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions Maintenance of master data in HR-specific systems Participation in the development and optimization of payroll and HR processes

Completed commercial training or studies (e.g. BWL), ideally with further training to the payroll holder Finded professional experience in the field of activity Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Safe handling of common accounting systems (especially SAP) and MS Office German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Structured, discrete and very careful operation High sense of responsibility and communication
