Climate Coordination Staff in Potsdam (m/f/d)

Climate protection is an expression of our diaconic self-understanding and a central part of our social action for the Lafim dialogue. Based on our concept of “Justice, Peace and Preservation of Creation”, we are pursuing with great seriousness the goal of aligning our organization in a climate-neutral manner by 2035. To this end, we systematically collect our CO2 emissions and consistently rely on reduction and adaptation measures. Real change only succeeds in common. That is why we are looking for a dedicated personality that strategically develops our climate protection activities, connects our subsidiaries and connects ecological objectives with our social order. The place is to be occupied in full-time (40 hours/week) and first terminated until 31.12.2029 – with a perspective on determination.

Advising the Group's subsidiaries on climate protection measures active cooperation with the subsidiaries in the initiation, monitoring and implementation of climate protection measures Coordination of the CO2 bilants of our subsidiaries Working with the creation of CO2 reduction paths Project management, planning and implementation of the following structural climate protection measures, e.g. Planning and implementation of information events and workshops Support for funding management for climate protection and climate adaptation measures Reporting in bodies

completed studies of a relevant field of expertise, e.g. studies of supply technology, electrical engineering, process engineering, energy technology Climate protection or related fields Professional experience as HLS or ELT planner desired Experience and knowledge of methods in project management as project manager and moderator expertise in renewable energies, energy efficiency and climate protection, or the willingness to acquire appropriate knowledge in a timely manner the ability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation, conceptual work and knowledge and/or experience in professional project management EDV knowledge and secure application of common office programs Service readiness within Brandenburg high operational readiness, team capacity, flexibility and contact
