Project Manager Operations & Growth (m/f/d)

Tecson develops and manufactures tailor-made sunsail systems for kitas, schools, playgrounds and contractors. Most plants are an individually planned unique – with precise dimensions, own statics and own fastening system.

We are an established company with start-up dynamics: small team, short paths, much self-responsibility. We are growing, have just moved our new office in Leverkusen and are expanding to European countries over the coming years.

We are looking for someone who carries the commercial and calculatory complexity of our business – and in parallel builds the structures that enable our growth.

Unlike in a standardized product business, almost every request is our own small project: shape, size, material, foundation, attachment – everything needs to be brought together individually. This makes the role more demanding than classic order processing.

You are responsible for our commercial project execution end-to-end, build scalable processes and work directly with the management on strategic topics: EU expansion, new customer groups and the digital development of our business model.

Your tasks End-to-end control of order processing from request to purchase and production to invoice Own-responsible costing and supply creation for individual sun protection projects – including technical clarification with customers and architect:inside Creation of scalable processes and standards for costing and order processing – so that business maintains growth Practical use of AI and automation tools for recurring commercial tasks (e.g. offering, reporting) Cooperation on strategic growth projects: EU expansion, new customer groups (e.g. beach bars, GaLaBau partners), configurator platform

Complete studies – ideally business management with technical reference or economic engineering (comparable profiles are welcome) 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in the middle class, project business or production environment Communication strength to customers (communities, architect:inside, playground manufacturers) and suppliers Fun on complex, technically shaped commercial tasks – you like to work structured, calculate clean and keep track of many open processes Excel identifiers; ERP experience of advantage Openness for AI tools and process automation Very good knowledge of German and English; other European languages are a plus Willingness to take on real responsibility in a small team – instead of working part-aspects in a large apparatus Most importantly, you can inspire yourself for our products, think entrepreneurial and have sense of humor.
