ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

Own-sponsored creation of quotations for projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) in plant construction Collection, evaluation and technical testing of suppliers and subcontractors’ offers to ensure an economic project approach Careful analysis and plausibility check of tender documents, including identification of technical requirements and possible optimization potentials Creating sound price comparisons as the basis for the selection of offers and decision-making Support for project development through cooperation in the development of technical alternatives and innovative solutions Participation in procurement and technical and commercial clarification talks with clients, specialist planners and partner companies Care and continuous development of internal costing databases to systematically document empirical values and to efficiently shape future calculations

Your profile - you should bring:

Complete technical training in the field of building or utility technology or commercial training with a pronounced technical affinity. Alternatively, a completed study in the field of process, supply or technical building equipment (TGA). Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in the calculation and execution of projects in TGA plant engineering. Funded knowledge of the offer skalkulation of technical building equipment, in particular in the plants heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS). Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience in the use of common costing tools; Knowledge of RIB iTWO is advantageous. English knowledge of at least B2 level is desirable. Impressed sense of responsibility, a binding occurrence and negotiation skills. High level of analytical ability and secure judgment in handling complex tasks. Structured, careful and conscientious working.
