The position as a production employee (m/w/d) offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team in a growing industry. This versatile field of activity is about supporting various production processes and ensuring a smooth process. The work is carried out both in a team-oriented environment and independently. Place of use is in St. Katharinen, a location with modern equipment and advanced production processes.

• Ensuring the smooth production and monitoring of production plants
• Operation and maintenance of machines according to predetermined processes
• Sorting, testing and packaging of products
• Implementation of quality controls and documentation of results
• Support in optimizing production processes

We are looking for

• Completed schooling or comparable qualification
• First experience in production or comparable activities (0-3 years of advantage)
• Technical understanding and willingness to machine operation
• Care and accuracy in the work design
• Physical resilience and teamability
• Ready to work in shift operation
