You have a completed training as a specialist informant:in for system integration or a comparable IT training You bring experience in IT operation or support – ideally in NOC/level, data center or cloud operations and also in the layer environment You ideally have good knowledge of Azure basics, such as monitoring, compute/VMs, storage and backup & restore; PowerShell shots are a plus You are familiar with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem) as well as ticket and knowledge management and documentation You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing You are ready for shift service (breakfast/night, even on weekends and holidays)
