Active design and construction of future application services in close coordination with our partners in business Responsible for the aftersales & service service Responsible for the module support and customizing of SAP module CS as well as other non-SAP applications Coordination and control of external IT service providers as part of IT project work Responsibility for coordinating colleagues (m/w/d) and topics in the application areas (SAP or Non-SAP) Standardization and harmonisation as well as optimization and further development of our system and application landscape and aftersales services, including SAP S/4 Active cooperation in innovative Business Service projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to the takeover of the (partial) project management Consultancy and support of our business partners as part of the process support and optimization, new development and design of the business processes in the application landscape in the area of aftersales & service Support of key users in business before SAP module CS and non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable area/comparable vocational training Enthusiasm to build a professional in-house application operation and project support for various aftersales applications Knowledge of SAP CS, SAP Service Further knowledge of service applications are desirable High level of self-initiative and self-motivation to work into new topics and applications (SAP & Non-SAP) Interest in agile topics (Canban, Scrum, DevOps, SAP Activate etc.) and creativity in solving problems Communication and presentation strength as well as high social competence in handling internal customers and external service providers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-responsible action combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented operation High service and service orientation combined with high flexibility, durability and readiness to use Intercultural competence and project-related (international) readiness (10-20%)
