You support the employees of the external service and prepare their activities in the daily business as well as the appointment coordination. You process all incoming customer requests independently and responsibly by means of telephone and written correspondence. You create evaluations, documentation and presentations for customers, calculate offers and submit offers independently. You support the organization and customer events and perform mailing actions.

You have completed commercial training ideally with relevant professional experience in the distribution of a forwarding. Good English and French skills and MS-Office knowledge are advantageous in their activities. You are characterized by a high motivation as well as pronounced service and communication skills. Their team-oriented, conscientious and independent working processes complete their profile.
