Design and implement general management tasks for the field of occupational integration, in particular objectives (scientific), principles, guidelines and instructions for the processing of the tasks of the field of activity, with particular attention to the strategic objectives and the rules of procedure of the circular administration and the respective instructions; Control target achievement contribute to the budget allocation Develop project ideas for the implementation of the strategic objectives, where appropriate. Personnel, organizational and financial responsibility for the field of occupational integration within the meaning of the Rules of Procedure for the administration of the Schleswig-Flensburg district and the respective instructions for service, unless reserved by the management. Tasks to participate in working groups such as customer contact density concept, risk assessment, learning circle (intern) contribute to the development and implementation of projects and measures as well as their tendering (incl. technical evaluation) – across the field – Developing and/or continuing concepts for the care and mediation of specific customer groups (individual, LZB, refugees, mini-job etc.) Training as trainerin/multiplierin (e.g. faz, talking technology etc.) Opinions on contradictions/sheets contribute to the creation and testing of new/prepared IDA and check for operational implementation contribute to collegial advice
