You perform tasks in operation and in the further development of the endpoint environment with focus on Windows clients, smartphones and tablets. Your main tasks include the administration and maintenance of client management systems such as MECM / SCCM as well as perspective intune and co-management. In addition, you support the provision, maintenance and updating of software packages, client applications and terminal configurations. You can help with patch management, endpoint security, compliance requirements, and security-relevant vulnerabilities to endpoints. In your role, you take care of mobile devices via the mobile device management used and the analysis of complex disturbances in the 2nd level support. You support Endpoint Lifecycle Management, technical documentation, standardization and simple automation. You work closely with internal IT areas, departments and service providers.

Successfully completed training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Group policies, Client configuration as well as MECM / SCCM or comparable client management systems Practice in patch management, client error analysis, 2nd level support and mobile device management Basic understanding for Endpoint Security, Compliance and Vulnerability Management as well as knowledge in PowerShell or comparable script languages Reliable knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Co-Management and experience with MDM solutions and Microsoft 365 apps Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing If you bring a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, have a high level of quality and security awareness, interest in standardization, team skills and communication strength – look at what Minimax has to offer!
