In our agile team in the development area ''Noise Vibration Harshness'' (NVH), we are responsible for the development of methods for evaluating electric drives in the digital development phase. We use various tools to calculate sound transmission and combine the results to create a harmonious listening experience. Your mission with us: As a motivated working student*in, you support our team in organizational and design activities. In particular, you strengthen the functions of the Scrum Masters and Product Owner and can also perform moderation tasks after being incorporated. You work closely with our stakeholders to achieve the project goals together

Product Owner Support: You help with the management, documentation and content management of our agile projects Scrum Master Support: You support the moderation and organization of the project to ensure smooth operations Workshop design: You will participate in the planning, implementation and documentation of project workshops and management meetings Reporting: You support the creation of meaningful reports and presentations for the team and enjoy the design and storytelling

That's what you bring: Education: You are a written student*in in media technology, communication sciences, information design, engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Skills: Secure handling of MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Teams) is of course for you Interest in agile work, basic knowledge is desirable Interest in technology and acoustics German language skills and at least B2 level in English Optional: Basic knowledge of organization tools such as JIRA and/or Confluence are advantageous
