Quality Officer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for coordination, monitoring and further development of the quality management system (including compliance with QM requirements and objectives)

Creation, maintenance and documentation of processes, work instructions and quality instructions

Implementation of training, instruction and organisation of external training

Complaint management incl. cause analysis and action development in coordination with the operational management

Use of SAP and other systems (e.g. RIS, CAPS, XERI) for quality assurance and storage control

Close cooperation with site management, operational management and specialist departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and high quality standards

Complete vocational training with additional qualification in the field of quality management or comparable qualification

Experience in handling QM systems, ideally according to ISO 9001

Knowledge of SAP and common statistical tools (e.g. RIS, CAPS) desirable

Communication strength, team capacity and a high degree of self-initiative
