Real estate agents (m/f/d)

As a real estate agent, you are responsible for the successful execution of rental activities within the scope of our new and existing projects. This position is hybrid in Nuremberg: You work independently in your projects and are closely connected to our back office team. Your activity is divided into approximately equal parts in operational on-site appointments (especially visits) and administrative or co-ordinative tasks in the back office. You accompany interested parties: throughout the entire rental process – from the visit to the conclusion of the contract – and make sure that our rental destinations are achieved efficiently, service-oriented and successfully. This makes you decisively contribute to the economic success of our projects and to customer satisfaction. Your responsibility in everyday life Implementation of apartment visits in new and existing buildings (focus on on-site activity) Own organization of your projects on site – You work largely autonomously without a firm team at the site Organisation and coordination of all relevant topics (e.g. key management, sample apartments, object preparation) Takeover of back-office tasks such as appointment organization, data management and voting Creation and reworking of image material and 3D rounds Close coordination with project managers, rental managers:inside, clients and house administrations Analysis of partial markets and competitive situations for deriving rental price recommendations and marketing strategies Support in planning and implementing marketing measures to increase project traffic Active participation and further development of existing rental processes and structures Participation in events and marketing activities to achieve rental targets What we notice that you are successful in this task Rental targets are achieved reliably and in the sense of customers: Visits and procedures on site are professionally organized and carried out You organize your projects independently, structured and efficient Cooperation with internal and external partners is smooth and binding Market and customer feedback is actively recorded and used You are committed to developing processes and projects

Complete bachelor's degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience Friendly, service-oriented appearance and joy in dealing with people Structured, independent and reliable operation Willingness to take responsibility for a clearly defined task Teamability and a pragmatic hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office
