Number: MER00048SL With Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), a company-wide responsibilityd vehicle software platform is created for all Mercedes-Benz series. It forms the basis for central vehicle functions, the digital user experience, connectivity and continuous software updates throughout the entire vehicle life cycle. Our area develops a uniform platform layer supported by artificial intelligence for the entire development landscape of MB.OS. Engineering data, toolchains and services in the field of artificial intelligence are linked to an integrated platform. This enables several thousand employees worldwide to work efficiently and networked. The cooperation is organised according to the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework. As a working student in the agile program management for the automotive software platform, you work closely with the business owner, product owners and product management. You support the team both in strategic issues and in operational activities in ongoing program operation. This gives you comprehensive insight into the management, control and cooperation of an international Agile Release Train at company level. These challenges include: Support of the Business Owner and Product Owner in the development of concepts, decision bases and management presentations Preparation, coordination and follow-up of regular appointments, reviews and forums Documentation of results, decisions and measures conducting research on strategic, organizational and methodological issues in the areas of software platforms, development and operational processes, artificial intelligence and agile organisational forms Close cooperation with product management, product owners and other stakeholders in an international working environment Use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence for Structured Control and Transparent Documentation Designing the internal and external communication of the Agile Release Train Support for formats for knowledge sharing and cooperation with relevant stakeholders The activity can begin from mid-November 2026.

Course in International Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Similar

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot analyses

Embossed analytical skills and joy in data-based work

Quick understanding, curiosity and interest in management, control and organisational issues in the context of modern software and platform organisations

Independent, structured and reliable operation

Communication strength, contact joy and professional appearance

Safe handling of collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence

Knowledge of Python or a comparable script language for data analysis
