In our Team Capacity Management & Demand Planning (MO/SPC) at Böblingen you work at the interface between global production, supplier management and sales. Our work takes place in interdisciplinary teams and takes into account the global market situations. We are looking for innovative heads who want to actively shape the global production processes of Mercedes-Benz Cars and develop in a dynamic environment. What awaits you: Dive into the world of global demand and capacity management of Mercedes-Benz Cars Work in interdisciplinary teams and learn how to synchronize needs and capacities worldwide Be part of the solution when it comes to avoiding production bottlenecks and increasing efficiency Various and exciting tasks in different interfaces Your tasks (depending on team): Support to ensure the reactive and preventive protection of needs and capacity of international production Participation in the determination of unit numbers and capacity requirements for the award process Implementation including preparation and follow-up of a departmental body Organization and moderation of workshops We offer you: Insight into the complex processes of a global automotive manufacturer The opportunity to introduce and implement your own ideas Work in an intercultural, motivated and collegial team Flexible working hours with regular exchange in team on site The activity can begin from April 2026.

Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min.
