Preparation of meals: Planning and preparation of balanced and varied foods that meet the special dietary needs of our residents: inside (e.g. diets, allergies, age-appropriate nutrition) - in cooperation with other departments Menu planning: preparation of weekly plans taking into account seasonal and regional products as well as the individual wishes and preferences of residents:inside Ensuring hygiene: compliance with hygiene standards according to statutory requirements (HACCP) in the kitchen and storage areas Ordering and Storage: Ordering and Accepting Foods, Checking Delivery for Quality and Freshness and Proper Storage of Food Teamwork: Guidance and support of kitchen aids and cooperation in a dedicated team to ensure high quality of food

Your profile:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) relevant professional experience, preferably in community use Class B driving licence safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) high social competence, personal commitment and reliability Ability to work together hand in hand with all areas of the facility
