With us, as a specialist, you play a responsible role and decisively contribute to the fact that opposition proceedings are handled in a uniform, timely and legally secure manner. You make sure that decisions are documented and professionally communicated. We offer you an environment where your expertise is appreciated and you can actively shape processes. You evaluate standard cases, first write reviews and keep all decision-relevant facts clean in the E-Acts. You obtain legal assessments with the senior experts and document them completely. You tune with the main workmanship, work in presets, and draw up decision-making drafts (release/referral). You monitor the inbox, register contradictions in the systems and send confirmations. You check and document form and deadline requirements and actively maintain missing documents or reasons. You coordinate the technical examination with the departments, collect Voten and clarify matters relevant to the decision. You are answering questions about the state of the proceedings. You complete procedures properly, monitor the stockpile and inform the relevant specialist departments; you also digitally assemble file insights and document decisions.

Membership Tariff group 7 (3.905 - 4.939 EUR/month on full-time basis)

Completed commercial or administrative training or comparable relevant qualification Experience in administrative or legal matters, as well as safe handling of administrative law and relevant directives Experience in the handling of complaints or objections Structured, careful and comprehensible procedures Strong analyseability and understanding of legal decisions Clear and address-oriented communication Team spirit, sense of responsibility and joy in process-oriented work Digital competence and ideally routine working with eAkte & specialist procedures If you are happy to prepare complex facts structured, to act legally secure and to be in exchange with different disciplines, we are very pleased to receive your application.
