Own the Meta Creative Testing Engine Build and run our creative testing roadmap: the hypotheses, the angles, the priorities. Design a rigorous sprint cycle — brief → produce → test → analysis → scale or kill, and consistently compound what works. Be the person who turns a weak hook rate into a new brief by Monday. Turn Audience Insight into Creative Direction Mine reviews, Reddit threads, customer interviews, and community signals to build genuine audience understanding. Distil complex insight into a single, sharp idea. Define the problems, personas, and angles that make our creative resonate, and document them so the whole team levels up. Partner on Influencer and UGC Content Work closely with the influencer team to ensure creator content is built for performance - translating data signals and audience insights into clear creative direction. You're not running the influencer function, but you shape what ''good'' looks like for paid amplification. Manage Creative Production Build and manage our roster of designers, videographers, and creator partners. Set a high bar. Own quality control and delivery discipline. Translate Data into Creative Decisions Be fluent in hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CPM, CAC, and ROAS, and use those metrics to make better creative, not just report on it. Every sprint should end with clearer priorities than it started with. Drive Cross-Functional Impact Partner with Performance, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to align creative strategy with broader acquisition goals. You're the connective tissue between ''what our brand stands for'' and ''what actually converts on Meta.'

3-5+ years in performance creative or growth marketing with a strong Meta track record - you've built and run a testing engine, not just managed one D2C background in health, beauty, wellness, nutrition, or subscription - you understand the customer journey and what drives conversion in these categories Deep expertise in Meta campaign structure, creative testing best practices, and how to read creative-level data Experience briefing and managing UGC creators, freelancers, and/or influencers end-toend Strong analytical instincts - you can move from a metric to a brief without needing someone to bridge it for you A sharp eye for copy and design - you know when something is off-brand and you push back constructively Fluency in German and English - you genuinely understand how German audiences think, talk, and buy
