You are not only a nurse with additional tasks with us, but you are taken seriously and supported in your role as a practical manager (m/w/d): We provide you with fixed times for guidance, offer you didactic materials, are in regular exchange with the training coordination and thus create an environment in which qualitative guidance does not have to happen between door and fishing.

This is what awaits you with us: Place of use: Hahne Residenz ''Rethen an der Leine'' in stationary care Working hours: The job is offered in full time (40 hours per week). Your working hours include both early and late services. The core working time in early service begins at 6:30 a.m., and in late service from 13:00 p.m. These times are flexible to the operational requirements and manual situations. Key tasks: You're 50% off as a practical manager and you're also taking tasks as a nurse. You focus on the guidance of the trainees and the professional implementation of the care.

Your tasks:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Coaching and individual guidance of our trainees Planning and implementation of the learning content Promoting and evaluating the level of learning Close cooperation with training coordination, nursing school and other areas

In your role as a care professional, you contribute to the high-quality care of our residents: Professional implementation of basic and treatment care in accordance with the medical regulation, the promised services and care planning Responsible implementation of the care process and guiding the care documentation Participation in the incorporation of new employees in care Support in the organisation and implementation of training for the team
