Project Manager | Commercial Employee Siemens Mobility (m/f/d)

Our customer Siemens Mobility is one of the largest employers in Krefeld and is one of the world's leading industrial companies in rail vehicle construction. We are now looking for a commercial project manager (m/w/d) or commercial employee (m/w/d) with experience in controlling at the Krefeld site with takeover option and compensation incl. Industry surcharges according to IG- Metall-/Electric Tariff Agreement.

Creation, maintenance and optimization of calculations in Excel. Support in planning and controlling through continuous cost monitoring, ensuring compliance with budget and plan specifications and performing deviation analyses. Preparation of the results for commercial project management and derivation of possible adaptations of project planning including chance and risk assessment. Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in close coordination with the commercial project management. Creation of invoices according to internal guidelines on SAP. Examination and approval of external invoices. Own-responsible commercial support of one or more projects including independent coordination and communication with all relevant internal interfaces (e.g. production, departments, sales).

You have a completed training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training, an economic study or a further training as a controller or specialist study. You have at least 5 years of professional experience. Composing extensive experience in the project business, i.e. in the commercial project management, including corresponding experience regarding the creation of calculations, execution of planning of the commercial key figures regarding the associated controlling via SAP & Excel. A secure handling of MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP (in particular SAP value flows) are the basic prerequisite for this role You will also be distinguished by your good knowledge in controlling, in particular the processing and evaluation of data in SAP and Excel, as well as your knowledge about the invoice of jobs in SAP. English skills, and user knowledge in SAP R/3 or other required applications are assumed. An independent, targeted and dedicated way of working as well as fluent German skills must be given.

35 hours/week of work. You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electric Tariff Contract. You will also receive a tariff Christmas and holiday money. Payment of fare or job ticket.
