The Office for Information and Communication Technology operates the central urban communication infrastructure (data centers, data network) for the city administration of Frankfurt am Main with a variety of central services (e.g. mail services, web hosting, Internet gateway) and city-wide services (e.g. collaboration platforms, website, document management system). Through the continuous expansion of the online service offered by the city of Frankfurt am Main, it makes a significant contribution to the digitalization of the administration in this context. Full time, part-time ECR. 12 TVöD (68.870 € to 88.667 € annual gross, depending on professional experience) Identification, evaluation, selection and documentation of suitable data sources for AI applications Data processing and modelling technical conception of data processing in connection with technical systems Ensuring data quality Support in the development of interfaces and data pipelines Conception and development of data models for structured processing and provision of data in AI processes Advice on the selection, evaluation and preparation of training data to ensure quality and relevance in the respective application case Assessment of the suitability of data stocks Creation of recommendations and decision templates on AI projects Assessment and documentation of data-specific risks in the context of distortions, lack of representation or lack of data quality Assessment of impact on quality of results, traceability and fairness of AI processes Creating recommendations for action to evaluate and mitigate data-specific risks Working in developing criteria for data classification, data standards for AI use Coordination of standards with existing data protection requirements Promoting responsible handling of data, in particular with regard to transparency, traceability and compliance with ethical standards Development of comprehensible documentation and decision bases

completed academic studies (Master/Bachelor) in the field of computer science, business informatics, data science, administrative informatics or a comparable degree course with professional experience or completed training in the IT field or Data management area with long-term professional experience well-founded knowledge in data modeling and in the handling of database structures Understanding AI basics and requirements for training data or Data pipelines Knowledge in the area of data protection and data security, ideally desirable with GDPR reference analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex data relationships in a comprehensible way Experience in advising different target groups in data management desirable Experience in public administration or confidentiality with typical administrative procedures and structures desirable structured, independent, careful and reliable operation very good written and oral expressability, safe and binding occurrence pronounced problem solving skills and fun at work in interdisciplinary teams strong team capability Innovation will and strength combined with a very strong self-initiative and self-motivation awareness of diversity, diversity and equality intercultural competence
